In order to ensure the highest quality of work that you deserve, I ask that you schedule your session as far in advance as possible of the date you want to activate your listing. Payment must be received before session.  I use Venmo for payments.  If you don't already have a Venmo account, click here to set up an account.

1 to 2 hours depending on the size of the house/property.  After your session is scheduled, I will send you my Session Prep Sheet that you can print and review with your sellers for pointers on showcasing the property in the best way.  

Your session can normally be processed within 48 hours depending on my workload.  When editing and enhancing are complete, I will email you a link to the photos so you can download them.
